                                  : to a circular rail and the top two open by 
                                  : sliding over the bottom two.
                                  : The whole structure can be rotated manually,

                                  : telescope/observer from the wind
                                  : since this scheme means that all the sky
                                  : above 25 degrees elevation is available with
                                  : the dome in any position. In normal operation
