Oral Presentations

Presentation files may be submitted to Carey.Noll@nasa.gov at any time prior to the workshop. After October 26, all presentation files must be submitted well in advance of the start of the session, e.g., the night before for morning sessions and at lunch for afternoon sessions, through email or USB device. All presentations must be uploaded to the local workshop computer (Macbook Pro); presentations will not be permitted from other devices.

Please include the abstract number and presenter name in the email subject line and in the filename, e.g., 3200_Noll.ppt. Files may be submitted in PowerPoint and PDF formats and cannot exceed 20Mbytes in size (email limitation).

Poster Presentations

Poster dimensions cannot exceed a height of 36 inches (90 cm) and width of 24 inches (60 cm). Please include the abstract number at the top of the poster.

Posters may be set up Sunday (from 16:00-20:00) and Monday at the workshop venue (Governor Calvert House).

Proceedings Papers

Proceedings from the workshop will be made available through the web only. Additional instructions for paper submissions will be provided at a later date.
