This site was established for workshop organization, registration, and planning. The post-workshop website has transitioned to http://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/lw19/index.html where the full proceedings (including abstracts, presentations, and papers), summary, photos, and other information are now located. This plannig website remains available for historical purposes only.

Register

The local organizing committee has created a web portal for meeting registration:

https://www.hou.usra.edu/meeting_portal/registration/?mtg=ilrw2014

As of August 15, 2014, workshop registration is available. All attendees must register to attend the workshop. The cost to attendees is as follows:

Full week (5 workshop days, Icebreaker, Poster Reception, Banquet) $450
Monday only (includes Icebreaker) $115
Tuesday only $100
Wednesday only (NASA day and Poster Reception) $100
Thursday only $100
Friday only $100

The registration deadline has been EXTENDED to WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2014.

More information about the week's schedule and activities is available in the Program and Venue sections of the website. Information on the Partner program is also available.

We urge attendees to register as soon as possible; early registration is required for the Wednesday visit to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). GSFC is a U.S. Government facility with restrictions on visitor entry; therefore access to the center must be pre-approved. Please note, however, that visitor access to NASA Goddard is not guaranteed by your registration. NASA security has the final authority for all badge approvals and refusals.

New users will initially create an account and complete a profile. Once completed, attendees are then able select the workshop from the list of meetings and press SUBMIT to view the "Registration" form. Attendees will also use this portal to submit abstracts for one of the topics listed above. At this time the "Registration" and "Abstract Submission" are the only active portions of the registration portal.

Lists of colleagues who have submitted an Indication of Interest and/or registered through the portal are available. Interested travelers can view the list of registered attendees for possible opportunities to share transportation from the local airports to Annapolis.
